Our workbench features a thermally symmetric structure, enhancing stability and precision. The main shaft is supported by an adjustable, high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearing, ensuring radial clearance centering. Axially, it incorporates a constant current static pressure guide rail, paired with precise oil temperature regulation. This combination delivers outstanding rotational accuracy, substantial load capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.
The vertical tool rest is equipped with a meticulously designed horizontal guide rail system. It includes a static pressure unloading guide, a skid composite guide, and a sliding guide rail for the vertical ram's movement.
