2 All structural parts are analyzed by finite element to optimize the structure to ensure the stability of the precision of the machine tool in the cutting state, and the mechanical rigidity is increased by 30% compared with the traditional design.
3 The base adopts box-shaped structure, thick rib wall and multi-layer rib wall design, which can minimize thermal deformation, can withstand static and dynamic distortion and deformation stress, and ensure high rigidity and high stability of the bed.

4 The integrated overall spindle made in Taiwan meets the requirements of high rigidity, high speed and high precision of the machine tool at the same time.
