First, we can provide samples so that you can verify the build quality directly. Second, before the bulk order, we can provide pre-production samples according to your demands. During production, you are welcome to inspect quality via video at any time, or assign a third-party inspection agency to inspect the goods before shipment. If there is a defective rate under normal use after our cooperation, we will arrange equivalent high-quality products to minimize your loss.
Normally, samples will be charged, but we will refund the sample charge when you place a bulk order exceeding 1000 pieces. For certain stock items, we can offer free samples to regular customers, while the freight cost remains on the customer's side.
Yes, OEM and ODM are fully acceptable. Logo, color, package, and tool shape can be customized. The standard processing time for custom OEM samples is about 2-4 weeks.
Our regular MOQ is 100 pieces, but for some stock items, a smaller MOQ is available. Customization requirements are as follows: logo on handle requires 1000 pcs, customized color requires 2000-5000 pcs, customized blister card requires 1000 pcs, and customized box requires 2000-5000 pcs.
